Start here

How do I say everything at once?

Tap the box, then talk or type everything on your mind, in any order.

Tap Sort it. Sayso sorts it into Shopping, Tasks, Plans, Saved and Other.

If sorting does not work, your words stay in the box. You lose nothing.

How do I change my list by talking?

Tap the microphone and talk. Say add, mark done, delete or read. To end it, say stop.

Before Sayso deletes something by voice, it asks you to say yes or no.

After you delete something, say undo to bring it back.

If your phone has no microphone, or voice input does not work in your browser, you can type instead.

How do I understand a letter or a photo?

Tap Photograph a letter or form, and take a picture.

Sayso tells you in plain words what it is and what it asks you to do, in your language.

It can make mistakes. Check anything important against the original.

The original is one tap away. Tap See the original.

How do I fill in a form?

Photograph the form or choose its file. Sayso asks one question at a time, in your language.

It explains what a form asks, but never tells you what to answer.

You can stop any time. Nothing you answer is lost, because it is in Saved.

A PDF with boxes to type into comes back filled in. Sayso cannot type into a photo or a PDF with no boxes. For those, you get all your answers on one page to copy into the form.

More to know at the start

How does Say it for me work?

Say it for me helps you talk with someone face to face, in another language.

Choose the language they speak. Tap, say what you need, and Sayso shows it in their language.

Then it is their turn. They speak, and Sayso shows you what they said.

Check numbers with them. Sayso may change one, and it tells you when it is not sure.

How does Sayso make shopping easy?

Sayso groups your shopping by store section, with a picture next to each item.

Use the button above your shopping list to show items in the order you added them.

Choose how the list looks in Settings: pictures and words, pictures only, or words only.

How do I get reminders?

You get no reminders unless you turn them on in Settings.

Sayso reminds you an hour before, or at 9 in the morning if only a date is set.

On iPhone, reminders work only when you open Sayso from your Home Screen. In Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Open Sayso from the new icon and turn reminders on.

If reminders are turned off for Sayso in your phone's settings, turn them on there. Some phones cannot show reminders from a web app.

How does Sayso help with a hard task?

On a big task, tap Help me start. Sayso finds a small first step.

You can ask for more small steps and mark each one done.

For a call, tap Get ready for the call. You get a card with who to call and three things to say.

After the call, say what they said, and save it to your list.

How do I find where I put something?

Tell Sayso where you put a thing. Ask later, and it answers.

It answers with the place and when you told it.

If you never told it, Sayso says so.

Where things are has a list of its own. You can read it aloud, change an entry or delete it.

How do I send my list?

Tap Share. Your list goes through your phone's own share menu.

The other person can mark items done and send the list back.

When the list returns, you see what changed. Accept all changes, reject all changes, or decide each one.

You can put your list back the way it was.

How do I keep a copy somewhere safe?

Your list is saved only on this phone.

To keep a copy, open More, then tap Keep a copy somewhere safe.

The copy goes where you choose, through your phone's share menu. Sayso never sees it.

To bring a copy back, open Settings and tap Bring back a copy.

How do I change my language?

Sayso works in twenty languages. You can change it any time in Settings.

Until you choose, Sayso uses your phone's language.

Sayso listens and reads aloud in this language.

What is Sayso?

Say everything you are thinking about at once. Sayso sorts it for you.

Talk or type, whichever is easier.

It sorts everything into Shopping, Tasks, Plans, Saved and Other.

What happens the first time?

The first time, Sayso asks which language you speak.

Then say or type everything at once, and tap Sort it.

Before your first document, Sayso shows a short notice. Read it and tap Got it.

Which phones and browsers work?

Sayso is a web page. Open it in your phone's browser and start talking.

Voice input does not work in some browsers. Then Sayso says so, and you can type instead.

Reminders from a web app work on some phones only. On iPhone, add Sayso to your Home Screen first.

Without the Home Screen, an iPhone can lose your list if you don’t open Sayso for 7 days.

How do I add Sayso to my Home Screen?

On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.

On iPad, it is the same: tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.

On Android, Sayso offers an Add to Home Screen button. Tap it.

Then your list is always one tap away.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up and no account.

Your list is saved only on this phone.

Because there is no account, another phone cannot see your list. To move your list to another phone, see “How do I use my list on another phone?” below.

Talking and typing

Which languages can I use?

Sayso works in twenty languages, each shown here in its own script.

Arabic, Persian and Urdu are written from right to left.

Does Sayso understand my accent?

Sayso listens with a speech service chosen for accents.

Choose your language in Settings. Choosing the right one matters most for accuracy.

Sometimes Sayso listens with your browser's own speech recognition instead. In Chrome that may send your voice to Google.

What happens when I talk for a long time?

When 15 seconds are left, Sayso tells you.

Then it writes down what you said.

If it heard nothing, it tells you, and you can try again or type.

How long can one recording be?

One recording can last up to 3 minutes.

When 15 seconds are left, Sayso tells you.

At 3 minutes it stops by itself and writes down what you said.

What if the screen turns off while I talk?

Listening stops when the screen turns off.

What you said is kept in the box. Tap the microphone to continue.

Can I type instead of talking?

Yes. Everything you can say, you can type in the same box.

When voice does not work, Sayso says you can type instead.

Which words can I say to Sayso?

Say stop, cancel, never mind, undo, yes or no.

Say louder or slower while Sayso reads to you. Say read it back to hear your list again.

Say help to hear what you can say.

Before a delete, Sayso asks you to say yes or no. After it, say undo to put it back.

Can I keep talking without tapping again?

Yes. In Settings, turn on One tap starts a conversation.

Tap the microphone once and talk. Sayso answers and keeps listening.

How Sayso sorts

What are the five lists?

Shopping, Tasks, Plans, Saved and Other.

Shopping asks how many. Tasks ask for nothing.

Plans ask for a time and a place.

Saved holds notes, documents and recipes. A recipe asks for its steps. Other asks for nothing.

What are a Plan's steps?

A Plan can have steps. They appear as a checklist below it. Steps marked done have a line through them.

Marking every step done does not mark the Plan itself done.

Why does Sayso ask me questions?

Sayso asks only for what is missing.

It asks one small question at a time, and never more than three.

You can turn this off with Ask about missing details in Settings.

To check later, open More and tap Check for missing details.

What is Needs your attention?

If Sayso could not understand an item, it asks what you meant, before anything else.

The item stays under Needs your attention until you fix it.

Why are my words still in the box?

If Sayso cannot sort what you said, your words stay in the box.

Tap Sort it to try again, or say it differently.

With no signal, Sayso keeps what you said on this phone and sorts it when the signal is back.

What if I say the same thing twice?

If you say the same thing twice at one time, Sayso keeps one item and combines the details.

If it is already on your list, Sayso tries to update that item instead of adding it again. It checks your most recent items for this.

Shopping

What are the store sections?

The sections are Fruit and vegetables, Bread and bakery, Fridge, Meat and fish, Frozen and Pantry.

Then Drinks, Snacks and sweets, Household and cleaning, Health and beauty, Baby, Pets and Other things.

Use the button above your shopping list to switch between By store section and In the order I added.

You can move an item to another store section from its details.

How do I say how many?

Say a number with the thing, for example 2 liters of milk.

If a Shopping item has no number, Sayso asks how many.

With a number, it shows as Milk — 2 liters and nothing more is asked.

Can I see pictures, words, or both?

Yes. In Settings, choose Picture mode.

Pictures and words shows both. Pictures only shows pictures. Off shows words only.

In pictures only, the details are hidden, such as a time and place.

What are the things I usually buy?

Sayso learns what you usually buy as you mark items done.

When you finish, it can offer those things. Nothing is added until you tap it.

You can tell Sayso to stop suggesting an item, or turn suggestions off in Settings.

Your list

How do I mark an item done?

Tap the check mark on the item. Tap it again to mark it not done.

How do I undo a change?

After you remove something, Sayso shows Undo. Tap it to bring it back.

Clearing your whole list can be undone too, but only before you do anything else.

By voice, say undo.

How long does Undo stay?

Undo does not run out on a clock.

It stays until you do something else with your list, or start listening.

If you remove several things in a row, each one stays, newest first.

What if Sayso is open in two tabs?

Sayso keeps both tabs in step. What you add or change in one shows in the other.

If you change the same item in both, the newer change wins.

If you delete an item in one tab, the other tab does not bring it back.

How do I change an item?

Tap the item to see its details.

There you can change its text, category, how many, unit, variety, when and where.

How do I delete something?

Open the item and tap Delete, or tap its remove button.

Or say delete, and Sayso asks you to say yes first.

How do I clear my whole list?

Open More and tap Clear all.

It clears your whole list. You can undo it only right away, before you do anything else.

How do I have my list read aloud?

Tap Read aloud to hear your whole list. Tap Stop to end it.

Each list has a button that reads just that list.

In Settings you can choose the reading speed and the voice.

Can I make the text bigger or use dark mode?

Yes. In Settings, choose Text size: Normal, Large or Huge.

Choose Theme: Match my phone, Light or Dark.

How do I use my list on another phone?

There is no account, so your list is on this phone only.

You can move your list to any phone, yours or someone else's. On this phone, open Settings and tap Keep a copy. Sayso puts your whole list in one file. Your phone asks where to save it, such as Google Drive, iCloud, or an email to yourself. On the other phone, open Sayso, go to Settings, tap Bring back a copy and choose that file. Your list is added to the list on that phone. To send your list to another person so they can see it, use Share.

Dates, reminders and the calendar

What does due soon mean?

Sayso tells you when something is due today or tomorrow, or was due yesterday.

It reads a date from your words, such as Saturday 10am.

How do I turn reminders on?

Sayso may ask if you want reminders. You can also turn them on in Settings, under Remind me before things are due.

Reminders work even when Sayso is closed.

If it fails, Sayso says so and reminders stay off. Wait a moment, then turn them on again in Settings.

What does the server know about my reminders?

If you turn reminders on, a wake-up address and your reminder times are stored on Cloudflare's servers.

It is never what the reminder says.

It is deleted after 400 days, or when you turn reminders off. If there is no signal, this happens the next time you open Sayso.

Can Sayso remind me about medicine?

Photograph your pharmacy label. It must be in English. Sayso reads it and shows what it understood.

You check it against your label, and only then set the reminders.

Reminders need a signal.

Sayso only copies your label. Do not rely on it for medicine or doses. Check with your pharmacy.

How do I add something to my calendar?

On a plan, tap Add to calendar. It goes into your phone's own calendar.

If the plan changes later, Sayso tells you your calendar has the old time, and you can send it again.

Your calendar may still have the old one. If so, delete it in your calendar.

Why does Sayso ask me to check a date?

When a date could be read more than one way, Sayso shows how it read it.

It says check it, and you can change it.

If the phrase names more than one day, it asks you to check that too.

Can something repeat?

Yes. An item can repeat every day, week, month or year.

Sayso shows when it is next. Tap Stop repeating to end it.

Letters, photos and forms

What can I give Sayso to read?

Sayso can read a photograph, PDF or text file. Tap Photograph a letter or form to choose one.

You can also share a file or text to Sayso from another app.

Sayso needs a signal to read a document. Your list still works.

What do I get back?

Plain words about what it is and what it asks you to do.

If it needs nothing from you, it says so.

You can save it to Saved and follow it one step at a time.

Can I see the original?

Yes. Tap See the original, or Open the original.

The original is kept on this phone. If there is no room left, the words are saved without it.

Can a letter add things to my lists?

Ingredients can go to Shopping with Add the ingredients to Shopping.

Tap Add to Tasks to add a task.

Tap Add deadline to Plans to add a deadline.

What is the notice before my first document?

Sayso reads your document and explains it in plain words. It can make mistakes.

Check anything important against the original.

To see the notice again, use Show that notice again in Settings.

How do forms work in my language?

Sayso asks you the form's questions in your language. It writes your answers in the form's language.

At the end, check the answers. Sayso types exactly these into the form.

If an answer is longer than its box, the whole answer goes on an extra page at the end of the file.

Can I ask a question about a document?

Yes. Tap Ask a question about this, then type or say your question.

Sayso answers only about this document, and tells you what the document says.

It does not give legal, immigration or tax advice. Check anything important against the original.

Can Sayso help me answer a letter?

Yes. Tap Answer this letter and say what you want to say, in your own words.

Sayso writes only what you said. Read it before you send it.

Add your name at the end before you send it.

Can I go through a recipe one step at a time?

Yes. Tap One at a time. Sayso shows one step with its position, like Step 2 of 5.

Say next, back or again, or tap the buttons.

Can I tap a word to hear it?

Yes. Tap any word to hear it and see what it means.

What are the marked parts of a letter?

Sayso marks up to five parts of a letter that matter most.

The first is shown in a warm color. The others are quieter.

Under a part, Sayso may say why it matters. Check anything important against the original.

What will Sayso never do?

Sayso never decides for you.

It explains what a form asks, but never tells you what to answer.

It does not give medical, legal, immigration or tax advice.

Keeping a copy

Why should I keep a copy?

Everything you make in Sayso is kept on this phone.

This lets it work without a signal and keeps your documents private.

If you lose this phone or its browser data is cleared, everything saved here is lost.

Sayso cannot bring it back for you, because Sayso never had a copy.

Where does the copy go?

It goes where you choose, through your phone's share menu, such as your own cloud or files.

Sayso never sees it.

Photographs cannot always be included. Then your words are copied as text.

How do I bring a copy back?

Open Settings, tap Bring back a copy and choose the copy.

If the copy cannot be read all the way through, nothing is changed.

If it was made by a newer Sayso, update Sayso and try again.

Language

How does Sayso pick my language?

The first time, Sayso asks which language you speak.

If you do not choose, it uses your phone's language.

If it hears you speak another language, it offers to switch. You say yes or no.

How do I change the language?

Open Settings and choose Language.

On these pages, use the Language menu at the bottom.

What does my language change?

The screen, and the language Sayso listens and reads aloud in.

Letters are explained in your language, whatever language they are written in.

A form asks you in your language.

A word Sayso has not translated yet is shown in English, never left blank.

Can I see my list in another language?

Yes. Tap Show the list in another language.

Your own words stay as you said them. Tap Show what I said to see them.

Privacy

What happens to my words?

Your list is saved only on your phone.

What you ask Sayso to sort, read or hear is sent to a service to do that one job.

Sayso has no accounts and keeps no copy of your list. It sets no cookies and has no advertising. It counts how often things happen, never who did them — except a one-hour count per connection, to stop abuse.

The Privacy page lists each service and where it goes.

Privacy

How do I tell Sayso what I think?

Open Settings and tap "Tell Sayso what you think". Say it out loud, check the words, then tap Send.

What you say is sent to the people who make Sayso and kept for up to 400 days. Your list is never sent.

Something is wrong

Sayso cannot hear me

If Sayso could not hear you, try again, or move somewhere quieter.

You can always type instead.

You may have seen:

  • Voice input doesn't work in this browser. You can type instead.
  • No microphone was found — you can type instead.
  • Didn't hear anything. Try again when you're ready.
  • Sayso couldn't hear that. Tap the microphone to try again, or type it.
  • Stopped listening — tap the microphone to start again.
  • Listening stopped when the screen turned off. What you said is here. Tap the microphone to continue.
  • Stopped listening after an hour. Tap the microphone to listen again.
  • On this phone, tap Next to continue.

Sayso's speech service or helper does not answer

The speech service or the helper did not answer, or is busy. Your words are safe.

Try again in a minute, or type it. Sometimes Sayso listens with your browser's own speech recognition for now.

You may have seen:

  • Sayso couldn't turn what you said into words just now. Tap the microphone to say it again, or type it.
  • Sayso is busy right now — try again in a little while, or type it.
  • Sayso is busy right now. Your words are kept and will be sorted soon.
  • Using your phone's own voice typing for now.
  • I can't reach Sayso's helper right now, so I couldn't do that. Your words are in the typing box. When the signal is back, tap Sort it.
  • Sayso's helper didn't answer. Say it again.
  • Sayso's helper is busy. Try again in a minute.
  • Sorry — what would you like me to do?

Nothing sorts

Your words stay in the box. Tap Sort it to try again.

If Sayso cannot take more requests right now, try again later. If a note was too long, say a little less.

If Sayso could not understand it, say it differently.

You may have seen:

  • Sayso can't take more requests right now. Nothing is lost. Please try again later.
  • That was too long. Say a little less, then tap Sort it again.
  • Sayso couldn't be reached just now. Check your signal, then tap here to try again.
  • Something went wrong on Sayso's side, so that didn't finish. Nothing is lost. Please try again in a moment.
  • Couldn't understand that — your words are still here. Try saying it differently.
  • Say or type something first, then tap Sort it.

There is no signal

Your list works with no signal. What you say is kept on this phone and sorted when the signal is back.

If the phone is full, or Sayso is already keeping the most it can, try again when the signal is back.

If Sayso has reached its sorting limit for now, what is kept waits and is sorted on its own later, while Sayso is open.

You may have seen:

  • No signal — your list still works. Sorting and reading a letter wait for the signal.
  • No signal — Sayso kept what you said on this phone. It sorts it when the signal is back.
  • No signal — I kept that. I'll sort it when the signal is back.
  • This phone can't keep recordings. Type it instead, and Sayso will keep the words.
  • No signal, and Sayso is already keeping 20 things to sort later, the most it can, so this one wasn't kept. Say it again when the signal is back.
  • This phone is full, so Sayso couldn't keep that to sort later. Try again when the signal is back.
  • One recording had no words in it, so Sayso removed it.
  • Sayso has reached its sorting limit for now. These stay kept and will be sorted on their own later, while Sayso is open.

My list looks empty

A new list is empty until you say or type something.

You can see a list saved by a newer Sayso but not change it, so nothing is replaced. To change it, close Sayso and open it again.

If you cleared this site's data in your browser, you also lost the list. If you kept a copy, open Settings and tap Bring back a copy.

You may have seen:

  • Nothing yet — say or type what's on your mind above.
  • A newer version of Sayso saved this list. You can see it here but not change it, so nothing is replaced or lost. To change it, close Sayso and open it again.

Sayso cannot save

Your phone is not letting Sayso save. Sayso still works, but anything not saved is lost if you close Sayso.

Private browsing, or a full phone, can cause this. Do not close the tab. Open More, tap Copy as text, and paste your list somewhere safe. Then free some space.

You may have seen:

  • Sayso can't save on this phone right now, so your changes aren't saved. Don't close Sayso yet: open More, tap Copy as text, and paste your list somewhere safe. Then free up space on this phone, or leave private browsing.
  • This phone couldn't save where you put it. Free up space on this phone, then tell Sayso again.
  • Your phone couldn't save the copy. Please try again.
  • Your phone could not save the list, so nothing was changed. Free up space on this phone, then try again.
  • Your phone could not store the photograph, so nothing was changed. Free up space on this phone, then try again.

A copy or a share did not work

When a copy cannot be read, nothing is changed.

A copy from a newer Sayso needs an update first.

A list too long for a message can be sent as a file instead.

You may have seen:

  • That copy could not be read all the way through, so nothing was changed.
  • That copy was made by a newer Sayso. Close Sayso and open it again to get the newest one, then bring the copy back again.
  • This phone didn't allow copying. Try again, or tap Share instead.
  • Sayso couldn't share this list from this phone. Tap Copy, then paste the list where you want to send it.
  • This list is too long to send in a message. Send it as a file instead.
  • Sayso couldn't open the list in this link. Ask the sender to send it again.
  • Your words were copied as text. Photographs cannot be copied this way.

Sayso could not read a letter or photo

If a file is too big, take a photo of just the page you need. A closer photo, in better light, helps.

Reading a document needs a signal. Your list still works without one.

Questions about a document are only about that document, and only so many at a time.

You may have seen:

  • Sayso needs a signal to read a document. This button works again when the signal is back. Your list still works.
  • This file is too big for Sayso to read. Take a photo of just the page you need, and Sayso can read that.
  • Sayso can't read this kind of file. It reads photos, PDFs, Word files (.docx) and text files, so save it as a PDF, or take a photo of the page.
  • Sayso couldn't find any words in this picture. A closer photo, in better light, usually works.
  • The original picture isn't on this phone anymore. If you need it, take a new photo.
  • There's no room left on this phone for more originals. The words are saved.
  • No signal — your question is kept here. Tap Ask when the signal is back.
  • Sayso couldn't answer just now. Your question is still here. Please try again in a moment.
  • That question is too long. Try a shorter one.
  • That's the limit for now. Close this and open it again to ask more.
  • Sayso only answers questions about this document.
  • Sayso can't help with that.
  • No signal — Sayso kept what you shared. When the signal is back, tap Read it.
  • Nothing arrived. Try sharing it again.
  • Sayso couldn’t open what you shared. Try sharing it again.
  • Sayso opened the first one. Share the others one at a time.

Sayso could not fill in a form

When Sayso cannot type into the file, all your answers are on one page to copy into the form.

If the translation fails, your answers are still here in your own words. Tap Try again.

You may have seen:

  • This is a picture, so Sayso can't type into it. At the end, you'll get all your answers on one page to copy into the form.
  • This PDF has no boxes to type into. At the end, you'll get all your answers on one page to copy into the form.
  • Sayso can't type this alphabet into the file yet. At the end, you'll get all your answers on one page to copy into the form.
  • Sayso couldn't find the box for this one. Copy it into the form yourself.
  • Sayso couldn't put your answers into the form's language just now. They're all here in your own words. Please try again in a moment.
  • The original file isn't on this phone anymore, so Sayso can't fill it in. Your answers are here to copy into the form.
  • This phone couldn't share or save the filled form. Your answers are here to copy into the form yourself.
  • Sayso couldn't fill this file. Your answers are here to copy into the form yourself.
  • Sayso can't see every choice on this one — write the answer that's right for you.

An answer, a call card or a first step failed

Your words are still here. Try again now, or when the signal is back.

Sayso writes only what you say is true. Say any number yourself.

For a call card, add who to call to the task.

You may have seen:

  • Say or type what you want to answer first.
  • That's too long for Sayso to work with at once. Say it in fewer words, then try again.
  • Sayso can only write what you say is true. It can’t write that.
  • That doesn’t sound like an answer to this letter. Say what you want to tell them.
  • Sayso’s answer had a number you didn’t say, so it isn’t shown. Say your answer again, and say any number yourself.
  • Sayso needs the letter’s picture to answer it. Photograph the letter again.
  • Sayso couldn’t write the answer right now. Your words are still here — try again.
  • No signal — your words are still here. Try again when the signal is back.
  • Sayso couldn’t find the day in what you said. Tap the plan to add it.
  • Nothing in that needs saving. Say what was agreed — for example, the day they’re coming.
  • Say or type what they said first.
  • Sayso can’t tell who you need to call. Tap the task, add who to call, then tap Get ready for the call again.
  • Sayso can’t help with that call.
  • Sayso couldn’t make the card right now. Try again.
  • Sayso couldn’t save that right now. Your words are still here — try again.
  • No signal — the call card needs a signal the first time. Try again when the signal is back.
  • Sayso couldn’t find a first step right now. Try again.
  • No signal — try again when the signal is back.
  • Sayso can’t split this one into steps.

Translating or hearing a word did not work

Translating and hearing a word need a signal. If Sayso is busy, try again in a minute.

When a list is not translated, your own words are shown.

You may have seen:

  • Sayso can't translate right now. Check your signal, then try again. Your words are still in the box.
  • Sayso can't translate their words right now. Check your signal, then tap Try again.
  • Sayso is busy right now. Try again in a minute.
  • Sayso couldn't translate the list just now, so your own words are shown. To try again, choose the language again.
  • Some items aren't translated yet. They are shown as you said them.
  • This phone can't read aloud, so here it is on screen.

Reminders do not work

Reminders need a phone that can do them from a web app. On iPhone, add Sayso to your Home Screen first.

If they are turned off for Sayso in your phone's settings, turn them on there.

For medicine, Sayso sets reminders only when the label is in English and clear, and you agree it matches. Ask your pharmacist if unsure.

You may have seen:

  • Sayso couldn't turn reminders on, so they're off for now. Wait a moment, then turn them on again in Settings.
  • Reminders are turned off for Sayso in your phone's settings, so Sayso can't remind you. Turn them on there, then turn on Remind me before things are due in Sayso's Settings.
  • On iPhone, reminders work only when you open Sayso from your Home Screen. In Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Open Sayso from the new icon and turn reminders on.
  • This phone can't show reminders from a web app. You can still put a plan in your phone's calendar with Add to calendar.
  • Sayso can only read medicine labels in English for now, so it won't set reminders from this one. If you know when to take it, tell Sayso, for example “take my pill every day at 8 am”. With reminders on, Sayso reminds you an hour before each time.
  • This doesn’t look like a pharmacy label. Take a photo of the label the pharmacy put on your medicine.
  • Sayso couldn’t read this label. Try a clearer photo, in good light.
  • Sayso is busy right now. Try again in a minute.
  • Sayso couldn't find clear times in this label's directions, so it won't set reminders from it. Ask your pharmacist when to take it, then tell Sayso, for example “take my pill every day at 8 am”. With reminders on, Sayso reminds you an hour before each time.
  • Sayso read this label two ways and they don't match, so to be safe it won't set reminders from it. Try a clearer photo, or ask your pharmacist when to take it. Then tell Sayso, for example “take my pill every day at 8 am”. With reminders on, Sayso reminds you an hour before each time.
  • This label says to take some or all of it only when needed, so Sayso won't set reminders from it. If you also take it at set times, ask your pharmacist when, then tell Sayso, for example “take my pill every day at 8 am”.
  • Two reminders are at the same time. Change one of them.
  • Sayso can only hold up to 400 medicine reminders at once. To start this one, first stop or shorten another one.

Sayso says there is nothing to do

When Sayso says there is nothing to do, the list has nothing for that button, or Sayso cannot do that by voice yet.

Some things need a tap on the screen, such as the share button.

You may have seen:

  • Nothing to clear.
  • Nothing to copy yet.
  • Nothing to share yet.
  • Nothing left to read.
  • No details are missing right now.
  • Not by voice yet. Please do it on the screen.
  • Your list can't be changed right now, because a newer version of Sayso saved it. To change it, close Sayso and open it again.
  • Nothing to undo.
  • I can't find that on your list.
  • Please tap the share button. Your phone needs you to do it.
